Lost Windows Passwords

Just A Week Ago I Forgot my Windows Password And My Admimistrator Account Had The Same Pass

So I Looked it up And heres How you Crack Windows Passwords

1. If You Dont Care if Your Reset Your Password Go To Step  if Not Go To Step 2

2. if You Want To Try To Recover Your Password Go To Step 3

3. On A Spare Comp Go To http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/cd100627.zip

4. Download it And Extract The Files then Burn It To A Blank Disc

5. Put The CD in The Comp That You Dont Know The Password

6. Then Restart That Comp

7. When It Turns On Start Pressing F12 or ESC

8. When It Goes To Boot Menu Select The CD Drive

9. When It Asks How To Boot Type without The Quotes "boot irqpoll'

10. When You See The Avaliable Disks Hit The One That Says Windows

11. Keep Hitting Enter

12. Then Follow The Options To Get To The SAM Editor

13. After Following Those Instructions Then Exit

14. Say Yes To Put Back The SAM File

15. Your Done With That
